The more notice you can give, the better. However, we do know sometimes an event sneaks up on you out of the blue, so we are able to provide quick turnarounds also.

The minimum notice we would need (depending on how intricate the design) would be two - three working days.

We do aim to be as helpful and flexible as possible, however, so its always worth giving us a call and checking.

We use only the very best ingredients available, including free range organic eggs, Lescure butter, organic Doves Farm flour, Valrhona cocoa, Callebaut chocolate, organic Madagascan vanilla and organic fruits and all-natural spices and other flavourings. All of our products are hand made. We do not operate a production line or use industrial machinery. We bake each day in small batches and iced one order at a time. It takes longer but we think this gives you a fresher and better tasting treat.

We sure do! We also offer a vegan alternative for many of our flavours. Please just get in touch and we can discuss the available options with you.

We are able to cater our bakes to be suitable for those with nut allergies, however, All of our cupcakes are baked in the same bakery so it's possible that they may contain traces of nuts.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer same day delivery. Orders are baked and decorated fresh and to order at our bakery.

All our products are made without artificial preservatives and we always recommend eating them on the day to enjoy them at their best. Depending on your needs you may want to get your cakes a day or two before you plan to serve them, and that's fine too - just store in their boxes at room temperature, or in the fridge if the weather is very warm. They will still be delicious!

When storing cake in the fridge always allow it to come to room temperature before serving - please note that for large cakes this can take several hours. In the (unlikely) event you find that you have cupcakes left over they’ll stay fresh for a day or so in their box, or an additional day in an airtight container. We do not recommend freezing our cakes.

Of course! We are able to offer gluten free alternative for many of our bakes. Processes and training are in place to ensure that our cakes are gluten-free.

Please note, however, all our products are prepared in a kitchen where other cross-contamination risks may occur.
